We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as earrings and intimate apparel, are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Are duties and taxes included in the checkout price?
For all orders within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. No additional import duties are charged for US domestic deliveries.
How should I care for my Simone Rocha garments?
Given the delicate nature of our fabrics, including tulle, lace, and intricate embroidery, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. Specific care instructions can be found on the internal garment label of each piece.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
