Simone Rocha US offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive collections and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
